His work resonates with audiences who value fashion, personal growth, family life and positive male representation.

What motivated you to write "Be a Good Man, Not a Nice Guy," and what conversations around modern masculinity felt missing?
I was motivated by what I kept seeing in real life, including my own life. Men who were trying to be “nice,” but were disconnected from their truth, their boundaries, and their self-respect. The conversation around masculinity often swings between extremes of toxic on one side and passive on the other. What felt missing was a grounded, honest conversation about goodness which to me equals integrity, accountability, emotional strength, and purpose. This book is about helping men move from the performative niceness to purposeful goodness.
As a body-positive male fashion creator, how do you help men of all shapes and sizes feel confident and comfortable?
I approach menswear as a tool, not a test. Style shouldn’t punish you for not fitting a narrow standard, in fact it should support who you already are. I focus on fit, proportion, and confidence rather than size labels. When men see someone who looks like them showing up well-dressed and self-assured, it reframes what’s possible for them. I have been doing this for years and the results are in what I do. Showing men that confidence doesn’t come from shrinking yourself….it comes from owning yourself.
How does family life influence the content you create and the brands you work with?
Family keeps me grounded and humble. It reminds me that what I say and promote has a real-world impact. I’m intentional about working with brands that align with values like responsibility, wellness, and authenticity because my daughters know I’m not just a content creator. I’m a man of morals, values, principles, a trail blazer, and a role model. So, my approach is simple when it comes to working with brands. If I wouldn’t stand behind it in my home, I won’t stand behind it online.
How do you see fashion playing a role in personal growth for men?
Fashion is often the first-place men practice self-respect. When a man takes ownership of how he presents himself in what he wears, it often opens the door to deeper work like confidence, discipline, and self-awareness. Fashion isn’t just about looking good; it’s about feeling good and telling the world who you are without speaking. I tell men that style isn’t about ego; it’s about alignment. When how you look matches how you want to live, growth follows. And that’s a beautiful thing to watch play out for yourself.
What should brands understand about working with creators who focus on healthy masculinity and wellbeing?
They should understand that authenticity matters more than optics. Audiences can sense when values are being borrowed instead of lived. Working with creators in this space means supporting what aligns with our values. Strength with softness, confidence with accountability and discipline with consistency. It’s not about selling perfection and performance; it’s about supporting progress and purpose.
How do you personally define healthy masculinity today?
Healthy masculinity is grounded…rooted in purpose, not performative. It’s the ability to lead without domination, to feel without collapsing, and to stand firm without becoming rigid. It’s strength with empathy, confidence with humility, and responsibility without resentment. A good man isn’t perfect he’s accountable.
What qualities do you look for in brand partnerships to ensure authenticity?
Alignment and intention. I look for brands that respect my voice, understand my audience, and aren’t afraid of real conversations. The partnership has to make sense in my actual life, not just my content calendar. If it doesn’t feel natural, my audience will feel that presence immediately.
How do you balance aspirational fashion with honesty for men struggling with self-confidence?
By telling the truth alongside the visuals and the content. I can show men how to dress well while also acknowledging insecurity, weight changes, aging, or self-doubt. Aspiration without honesty feels unreachable to me. When men see both the confidence and the process what you do then becomes attainable instead of intimidating to them.
How does being an author shape your storytelling and brand collaborations?
Being an author forces me to think in depth, not just moments. I care about narrative, meaning, words and impact. In brand collaborations, that means I’m not just showcasing a product. I’m telling a story about how it fits into a man’s life, values, and identity. Storytelling creates trust with my audience, and trust creates longevity. When that happens it’s a recipe for success for the brand and the creator.
