Big and Tall Model Raul Samuel from Bridge features in an editorial, in this month's issue of MENS HEALTH. Raul continues to break the industry, from walking LFW and being featured in I-D to his recent Toron Studio collection feature. We also asked Raul some questions about his experience working with Mens Health, for this jewellery editorial.

What did it mean to you when you found out you were confirmed for Mens Health?

I was really excited. I felt a wave of emotion because of what the magazine stands for and what we, in the industry, have been trying to push! It takes out the stigma of “we are promoting an unhealthy lifestyle” and validates the point that your size doesn't mean you’re unhealthy.

How has the feedback been from the shoot going live?

The response has been great. Social media took me by surprise because it feels like the public is starting to see that you don’t need to have a certain body type to be seen as sexy, handsome or beautiful. You can be all of those things in the body you have right now!

Representation needs to be seen in all parts of the industry. Not just on "body positive" campaigns and extended-size collections. We applaud the brands and publications that push for that vision!
